Successful partnerships: a story that writes itself

One of our communication pillars is honesty. So, I would like to start by confessing I was not exactly sure if this article was a better fit for the Software Partners section or the Effective Communication one. That was until it hit me; the decision is not easy but it acts as a perfect example of the point I want to make today: when our actions are aligned with our values, the story writes itself.

Having successful partnerships takes time and effort, it requires an excellent customer care strategy which equals investing lots of resources. At Virtualmind, we like to think of our partners as part of our family. We create long-lasting relationships that resemble friendships rather than business deals. We constantly make sure our partners are happy with our alliance, not only in terms of work but also in terms of human quality and sense of belonging. The reason is simple, that is #TheVirtualmindWay of doing things!

When it comes to finding new partners, they always want to know everything about our current relationships, our work, how we do things, and how our system works, among many other related things. That is when we decided to create success stories for each partner that would display what each team looks like, the industries we work with, and the different goals we have. Nothing too innovative, but a great way of summing up all of these questions that arose when a potential partner contacted us. And, is it any better way of doing so than by showing actual case studies? We certainly do not think so. 

To our surprise - or not -, when we began the process we discovered that the words escaped our fingers and were tattooed on the screen almost automatically. And only then we realized that is an indicator we are doing things right. Our deeds are aligned with our values, which at the same time are reflected in our communication.
